- Moderation on the documentsA moderator reads what you submit and verifies what is written. Declared until somebody reads it; verified after.

What we never do
- We do not sell positionsNo breeder buys a place above yours in the rankings or in search.
- We do not delete a review for being negative — we remove abuse, not opinionA moderator removes what is not a review — a personal attack, abusive text, an invented account, or one aimed at the wrong breeder — and you can report one on those grounds. Disagreeing with a review is not grounds for removal; that is what your reply is for.
- We do not change scoresThe score comes from people who bought, in two phases. There is no way to buy it.
- We do not market breedersWe write praise for nobody — and we do not sell it to anyone who wants to buy it.

Questions breeders ask
How do I find my record?
Search for your programme by name, read the record that is already published, and claim it only if it is yours. Searching needs no account.
What does it cost?
During the open beta nothing is charged — every feature is free until the end of the year. Replying to reviews is free now and will remain free, with or without a plan. Subscriptions and payment are not built yet.
Can I delete a negative review?
No. But you can reply to it, and your reply appears right beside it. Moderators remove abuse — personal attacks, invented accounts, or reviews aimed at the wrong breeder — but they do not remove a review simply because it is negative.
How are rankings calculated?
Scores come from people who have bought from a breeder, collected in two phases: their conduct before the sale and after it. Breed Radar does not set scores, and there is no way to purchase a higher position. A ranking is always for one country or worldwide — there is no continent in between.
What information is public?
What you choose to publish, on top of what the register already said. Nothing you add is visible by default — you decide, animal by animal, what the world sees and what stays in your private archive.
Will claiming my record change my score or ranking?
No. Claiming only affects what you can edit and display. Your score, its evidence level and your ranking position are not touched.
Is Breed Radar a marketplace?
It is a record first. Breeders do list litters for sale here, with their own prices, but no money moves through Breed Radar and we are never party to the sale — payment, contracts and collection happen between you and your buyer.
What happens to my data?
You publish what you want and withdraw what you want. Your personal contact details — an email address, a phone number — are never made public without your express permission. A record transcribed from a public register stays published, claimed or not: that is what makes this a register.
